Marcel Woods is a man who needs no introduction. This instantly recognisable name has been at the forefront of trance for over a decade and has been responsible for some of the biggest and best trance tracks in the world. He is the man behind some truely outstanding masterpieces such as Lemon Tree, Cherry Blosson and the Trance Energy Anthem of 2006 Advanced. His blend of Tech House, Tech Trance and Progressive Trance will be displayed as he provides us with his latest mix for the show.

Tonic Wasterz will once again bring you a track packed and diverse set as they explore a few of their favourite genres in hard dance, which will include Hard Trance, Hardstyle, Hardcore and possibly a bit of Schranz this week.

X-Pander is one of France's hottest prospects in hardstyle and already has an array of productions under his belt. His talent has certainly not gone unrecognised at an international level as he has recently joined Gia's label, Knockout Beats. We are delighted to have him back on Gearbox so he can showcase some of his most recent productions.

Delete featured on last weeks episode of Gearbox and after his sensational mix we decided we would love to have him and the owner of Spoontech Records back on the show. These two Australian DJ's have made an instant impression on the hard dance scene down under and even seem to be gaining attention in Europe. It is our pleasure to expose this brand new label on our show and give these dj's the recognition they deserve.

This week Gearbox pays tribute to one of their favourite resident DJ's as he celebrates his Birthday. For Loony's birthday we have invited guests of Loony's who are all up and coming hard dance dj's.

Hosts, Tonic Wasterz (Desudio & Crysonic) will get the show started with an hour of Hard Trance and a bit of Hardstyle with a dark element and plenty of energy about it.

Adam Everson is a resident of Glasgow's Infexious nights, he has played alongisde the likes of Psyko Punkz, Thera, B-Front and Dark By Design at these nights and we look forward to hearing a nice hard Tech Trance mix from him.

The Birthday boy Loony is a firm favourite amoung Tonic Wasterz and we are delighted to be hosting his birthday bash. He has appeared on the show on several occasions now and we will continue to have him on the show as he keeps blowing us away with his thumping mixes.

DJ Young is an up and comming DJ from Belguim and has been tipped by Loony as one of the best unnoticed DJ's on the site. He has provided us with a one hour mix of hard trance which Loony has described as 'The Business'

Brian Hayes is a new DJ but has made great strides towards becomming a great one. He has previously starred on Gearbox for Desudo's birthday bash and blew many people away with excellent track choice and fantastic build up through the mix. We hope for another outstanding mix from Brian.

having problems with the ftp server, tryinog to fix it now so the remainder of our set plays and adam eversons starts at the right time

Delay of 14 minutes to tonights line up now. all sets will start 15 minutes late

Brian Hayes moved to the 23:00 (+15) slot?

dont know what has happend, will try and get the station owner to fix it but this just seems like another fuck up.

Very nice show. Really enjoyed the hard trance.

The timetable on hardstation.fm says from 20h - 00h for some reason.
That's why they probably didn't play any B-Day Bash set past 00:00.

Next Weeks Gearbox is going to be a sensational show with fantastic guests. Before Announcing the line up on Monday I will give hints as to who the guests may be.

First guest is one of the best new DJ's of 2010 after he smashed onto the scene with an awesome first E.P.

He was responsible for one of the big events anthems of 2010.

He still has gigs left this year at Mastaers of Hardcore, XXlerator and most importantly a New Years gig in Scotland (which i may well be going to)

This DJ will also be playing at least 5 long awaited brand new tracks so its sure to be an excellent set.
