I really like the idea of having no minus vote.. Thought it was stupid at first because some mixes can be really bad, but it does mean that if you want to express how bad a mix is you'd have to leave a comment to let people know..

Gets rid of haters and tracklist voters AND promotes feedback! Two birds one stone

I would love it if a certain few members couldnt vote red - would ruin their day.

Personally i think just leave it as it is this wouldnt have been even thought of before this thread if you dont like how someone voted to bad its there opinion and the people who vote negative and dont leave a comment just disregard it and think of it as they dont like it simple.

i personally don't care about votes.
But forcing people to leave a message will fill that set with useless feedback

You will get feedbacks like "Lame" "Blaah " etc.. which is even worse then just a red vote

Just take the red vote.. and if u dont agree.. Vote green to protest

Or better to make weekly staticstic , which set's are getted many dl's (by genres) ,so it's automatically is nice set & worth to download
