Yep, you could say that :) It is UKHH influenced by styles like trancecore, dark psy etc.

Wikipedia isn't making it much more clear .. to be honest =D

Freeform hardcore (ook gekend als Trancecore in de beginjaren, hoewel deze term ook naar de duisterdere kanten van Gabber/Trance kan verwijzen), is een vorm van Hard Dance, geïntroduceerd in 1999 die een uitloper van het subgenre Happy Hardcore is.


Is there a better way for lsdb to categories this genre.. or is the current situation sufficient enough to represent the different styles?

Well, i also post a lot of UKHH sets and i was happy that we finally got that genre apart :p So it's ok in my opinion
