Actually they are not, if you have the original vinyl you would know, it's how they appeared on the record.

It's not a miss-print or a mistake it was the choice of the producer back then.

Joyepain (Kick Some Ass) (Hardcorder Remix) length is 4:07.

Nautic (Go Get Them ) length is 03:47.

I've seen other uploads by The Hardcore Chief naming the wrong tracks. But I name wrong tracks as well at times nobody is perfect!

The samples you hear don't refer to the tracks, the sound from thehardcorechiefs youtube is the actual sound.
Look at pictures on discogs, Joyepain is on the logo-side and he's playing the info-side...
