Event info: it was called Namekuji (sounds like nah-may coo-jee) Night 4 and was organised by Implant4, a used synth shop in Osaka. About 12 artists played, with about a 20-minute set time limit each. You can find highlight video footage on youtube (and electro empire and technobass.net also)... It was my first live show in about 20 years, and my debut show in Japan.
I completely forgot to mention that the tracks for this show were of course mostly made using software, but I went and re-did them using hardware just for this show. So if you listen to this and compare it with the other versions of the tracks in the set that have been uploaded here, you'll notice some different sounds and arrangements being employed. Fun shit
The hardware used was: korg ms-2000b, novation nova, x0xb0x, oberheim matrix-1000, MFB-522, korg A-3, yamaha fx-500, behringer xenyx x2442usb, and one macbook pro running logic pro 8, and another macbook recording via the usb from the mixer.
