Well it's not a continuous mix that's for sure...
But i don't think it's easy to say which side is from whom...
You'll have to guess and not everybody appreciates guessing on this site..

That break is the beginning of side B..
Not all tracks are from Delirium and the last track of side A Da Grimreaper one is from a vinyl with him and Da Grimreaper..
It's not a recording of the whole set, as you can hear from the fade in from Side A and fade out of side B and that clear break as you mentioned between them.

There for it's hard to say if in all this isn't a continuous mix..
