This is a mix I recorded last year for a press and play set in Melbourne supporting Realicide at Melbourne's legendary punk rock venue The Arthouse. The gig itself was a disaster for me, I was without a laptop so I had to borrow my friend Doc Ross's machine...I also had no software that would enable me to perform a live-set! I wanted to cancel but it was an important benefit show for Melbourne's Anarchist Black Cross and also Melbourne Cop Watch. So my only option was to pre-record my mix and just press play on the nite, I thought I would at least have a mixer so could do some basic mixing and EQuing. Unfortunately for me the performance was a complete and utter nightmare, the PA was a train wreck and I had no mixer to use, just an inhouse mixer with some poor punk girl unused to this type of music trying her best to mix! So here is the mix in it's entirety as it was meant to sound! I dedicate this to all my noisy system-hating friends!
