It means that he laughs @ the name or the quality of the mashup

I laught at all Mashups, stop makeing such small childish things and try to come with a track of ur own

mash up = something my sister can make, small isn't even correct... its so tiny that you couldn't even see it with the naked eye

Taking a wee is almost as much work as makeing a mashup but still its a bit harder
