Maybe the other tracks just took a longer time to release, but aphex had the files already, just my guess. For the 1993 tracks this would be very plausible, for the 1995 tracks I don't know, but releasing often takes some time

Sometimes producers will have an early version they'll try out live and leave for a while before picking it up and finishing it into an actual release.
