Hey Guys

Here's a mix I did that is going to be my Volume 14 demo cd. The mix came out in Mono so I will redo it in stereo but I figured that wouldnt bother all of you overseas anyway so I put it up for download. Features tracks from the likes of Kidd Kaos, myself, Scot Project and many more. Hope you all like it.

the whole uk hard trance scene is a joke these days with proudcers like Bootek DJ's Phil York Technikal tidy boys just forgetting what real hard trance used to sound like
and producers that still make the real sound hard trance dont get look in at all
the so call big djs just play 120 -130 pussy so call hard trance what realy its hard dance shite

situation quickly resolved 8-) solid work

I wasnt around for the early days but i find myself listening to the old euphoria hard dance cd's and some of the stuff is excellent. I've only heard a few bootek mixes but the fact that its mixed on 4 decks blows my mind, very original and difficult which i appreciate.

Regarding bootek, as said earlier I am quite into what they do and phil is certainly diverse.

the_voice, you know it, first time i went to one was in dec 2002 - was only 16/17 back then a nd it was mark eg, mzone, cally + juice, nick the kid, vortex and ben eye in the main room, at a time when high voltage - bombs away got dropped twice and it was at st georges hall. What a night.

This was just after Chris NRG of NRG records put on a phat hard trance party that i discovered hard trance at, do you remember those?

Also do you remember a DJ by the name of Soundfixation from plymouth? Alex got me into mixing and ive got loads of his dark hard trance mixes, i might upload em all

the tidy boys make hard house what you talkin about :doh: and they hardly produce anyway never really have mostly just remix
as for technikal i agree a 100% dont like his sound at all :thumbsdown:
Phil york/bootek cant say its my fav style of music but i can see the skill in big time
and how can them playin commercial tunes you also play commercial tunes :rtfm:

and UK hard trance scene has not been as strong in years with all the new talent comin through Neal Thomas, Argy, Louk, Vandall, to name a few :worship:
