With 40 minutes of time you don't have that much building up to do.

thats why you need to prepare set and decide what records to play

it's not bad build up for me

Preparing sets in a way of selecting all your tracks on beforehand is nice if you are mixing at home, but for a live crowd something always comes in between, like requests or tracks that you don't expect to work for that specific crowd. You will learn as soon as you are old enough for parties en play for crowds. So I like to choose my records on the go. Ofcourse I do decide which records I bring, and thats the preparation

If you are selecting all your tracks and the order on beforehand you might end up having a set with great mixwork because you practiced it from a to z at home, but with very little crowd response.

what i mean is that tracks like Jonge Edammer and Mastah of Shock are not so fast like nobody likes and angels deserve to die

so for me it has more sense that the two tracks are before the other two you no

Yes I agree and those are just the tracks that were mixed by Nawi. I myself wouldn't have mixed them at that point.

This is a small party btw so sometimes we just pay more attention to the fun-factor of it all then to tight mixin'
