is plays the first two seconds and then the iPod crushes and i have to reboot it...you may know why?

Don't know man. Seems that this is a Apple error. It works on my Iphone so I have no idea. Try to reencode it so a lower or same kbit/s rate and try again maybe Ipod has problems with ID3 tags so left them away too.
