Born in Spain, Juan Rico is a DJ who has rapidly attained the recognition other artists have taken a long time to gain. He marks his birth as a DJ about 1997, but it wasn’t until his first release in 2002 under the Swedish label Emergence that he became known professionally. He has shown his quality skills recording for emerging imprints like Pole Recordings, Wolfskuil Records, and his very own Architectural label.
The set, nearly two hours long was recorded at Bassiani as part of the Wolfskuil Records Night. It's a well-executed mix that focuses especially on the dark, ambient textures, crosscut with hints of hypnotic Dub techno.
