Hello and welcome to my 5th and second 4 hour mix // TOA Experiments On Gen-X.
This time It’s full out Industrial and Darkcore with some Crossbreed Hardcore/Drum&Bass and Hardcore/Dubstep.
I got to say it is the first time I mixed this much Crossbreed tracks, also the tracks from album "The Dogs Are Listening" are all new to me and finally released !!! the VIP remake from “Der Toten” w000p!
This mix also contains a bunch of cool mix-over parts from several older mixes from me, added to that the idea’s and inspirations I took [stole] from the Intersection life set and the 4 hour Podcast 46 mix, both mixed by The Outside Agency.
As you might have guessed and the title already suggest most of tracks that are made and remixed by The Outside Agency together with roughest and darker tracks from the Enzyme X label (Enzyme X 06 till X 29 to be precise - Yes I even managed to get "Optjenkere" mixed in, so good, but what a chaos track that is) and furthermore added to that allot of tracks from the Genosha Recording label.
The intro I’ve made in Audition and the main track in it is "The Outside Agency – Alchemy" with added background sound, which is reformed and modified “Wedlock Vs. Comababy - Void Sector (Fragment)”.
I also took 2 vocal samples, one is the robot voice sample who says “The Outside Agency” and the other is the “Enzyme X” sample from “Project Omega - … For Enzyme X” which I also edited.
Aside from all the new-ish form of Industrial and Darkcore I also added one pre-Enzyme Darkcore track from the label Supreme Intelligence “D’Sporphin – Shadowchild” as respect to the start of such Darkcore/Hardcore styles. (Yes I know it’s not the real start of Darkcore, that’s even older and would be the Cold Rush label)
