Thank you very much for the help. Track 16 is Dx13 - Decimate Intensity as pointed out by Bedlam at GTW. I certainly know track 11, but it's probably not by Dj Esp, as i thought it was on the first DBN release, but i see Esp releases from 1993 on, not before. As for the date and place, could be rather the Multigroove party than, would be more logical. The mp3 was named Prophet @ Hellraiser elementenstraat 1992 or something.

You're right I named the wrong side it's 'DX13 - Decimate Intensity' you'd better change it.

12] 27:04 'really really' sample?
22] 53:18 ID 'shut the motherfucker' breakbeat ala Citrus - Fascination, probably a 1992 track on a Rotterdam label

Als iemand enkele degelijke fora kent voor oldschool house/techno/trance/hardcore/... track ID's (nee, Discogs ken ik), altijd welkom.

22 & 23 are one track. Unknown ID for a damn long time. Found it by accident researching the brilliant producer Freddie Fresh and his numerous releases.
He released on Damon Wild's label EXperimental where this track is on. It's not even obscure... Produced by Damon Wild & Tim Taylor.

N₂O - Nitrous Oxide 1
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EGG6GbQFfgw
https://www.discogs.com/N%E2%82%82O-Nitrous-Oxide/master/5634

Also, please change the date to 28-08-1993 and the event in Hellraiser.

I understand what you're saying but it would be in conflict with this one:

https://lsdb.nl/set/105208/the-prophet-ralphie-dee-hellraiser-28-08-93

Still assuming it's from multigroove i've changed the date in 16-01-93..

I could be this one:
https://partyflock.nl/party/234634:Hellraiser

But wouldn't there be more known '93 tracks in this mix if it was from late '93

Yes, your these sounds plausible. I refound the original mp3 i once obtained from Soulseek where it is tagged 28-08-1993 Hellraiser, which is, considering the existence of The Prophet vs. Ralphie Dee set (checked it), is probably wrong.
Taking your opinion in consideration at that time the records would be much faster and harder. In this mix The Prophet still mixes acid techno, trance, techno, breakbeat hardcore, the first gabber records, whereas in summer 1993 everything was probably getting faster.

Here's the full tracklist with release years, traced to their first appearance:

01 - 00:00:00 - Mindscape - Sugar Tax [Esp Records – Esp 9130-1 or White Label] - 1992
02 - 00:02:02 - Rave Crusader - Energy Overload [Beat Box – BB045] – 1992
03 - 00:04:39 - Wax - Magic Energy [USA Import Music – USA 1137] - 1992
04 - 00:06:30 - Colone - Elevator Re-Gained [Labworks Germany] – 1992
05 - 00:10:05 - Outlander - To You [R&S Records – RS 92025] – 1992
06 - 00:13:39 - DJ Hell - My Definition Of House Music (Resistance D Remix) [R & S Records ‎– RS 92020] - 1992
07 - 00:14:52 - Psygnosis - Invasion (134 bpm edit) [Rave 55 – R 55023] - 1992
08 - 00:16:51 - ID
09 - 00:19:52 - Beyond - Opus 1 [ESP Records – ESP 9126-1] - 1992
10 - 00:23:17 - Space Unlimited - Spacecake # 1 [Transtronik – TRANS 3002] - 1992
11 - 00:25:14 - Visnadi - Transpassage [UMM ‎– UMM 044] - 1992
12 - 00:27:03 - ID ??? 'really! really!' female sample, techno track
13 - 00:30:40 - Alcatraz - Welcome [USA Import Music – U.S.A. ANTWERP 1141] - 1993 (??)
14 - 00:32:30 - Neuron - Android [Vortex Records – VTX-4000] - 1992
15 - 00:35:46 - Holographic - Tranzluzent [80 Aum Records ‎– AUM 6711095] - 1992
16 - 00:38:00 - DX13 - Decimate Intensity [Industrial Strength Records ‎– IS009] - 1992
17 - 00:41:00 - Toxic Two - Flash Back [Dance Floor – DF1242] – 1991
18 - 00:44:00 - The Nighttripper - Machine City [ESP Records – ESP 9131-1] - 1992
19 - 00:45:44 - Dj Edge - Culminatr Mix [Edge Records – EDGE 4] - 1992
20 - 00:48:20 - Overmind - Baze [Tesseract Records – XSV-079205-5] - 1992
21 - 00:50:30 - DJ Frankie Bones - We Can Do This [Fabulous Music UK ‎– FABU 020T] - 1993
22 - 00:53:17 - N₂O - Nitrous Oxide 1 [EXperimental ‎– EX-03] - 1992
23 - 00:56:41 - Vitamin - The Point [Mokum Records – MOK 1] - 1992

Unless some oldschool head or The Prophet himself clears this up i follow your opinion, 1992 or the start of 1993.
