IMO Sefa must be removed from the title because he is just like everybody else an unnamed part of the show,
I Think Sefa is just pianist of "PEACOCK" Live in Concert
Just like the 2 girls play Violin/Harp or that girl as voice-artist
In the same way ZZ-Top Beard man Jochum plays Gitar
And The mouth of madness is part of the act as MC
Otherwise the title should be more like: Dr.Peacock,Sefa & MC The mouth off madness presents Peacock live in Concert
Dr.Peacock Presents "Peacock"in Concert sounds more like the obvious choice anyway
& even according to mouth of madness peacock was the man who made it all possible
And So that's why only Peacock can present Peacock in Concert
