"A mix i did to (sort of) celebrate my birthday...........just purely selfish reasons, but also wanted to put together a mix of forgotten gems, unknown anthems & unsung heroes........The Oldskool wasnt just about The Prodigy & fucking piano anthems.....the true underground was about hard beats and hard to find beats.......no one wanted to play the anthems....unless you were some kind of pussy crowd pleaser..........nah man......gimme faceless breakbeats in a rufige style & fashion............ This mix concentrates on the time period where the breaks were now ultra fast (in comparison to what had come before) but the term "jungle hadnt been really used yet.....hyper rave 147 - 162 bpm"
