DJ Maikel = Tiesto _O-


DJ Maikel (Maikel van 't Hof) is not Tiësto (Tijs Verwest). I know this is mentioned at the Yves & Maikel 12", but that is incorrect (although Tiësto did some hardcore productions). Maikel and I are from the same neighbourhood. From 1992 till 1996 I played a lot of records with him at home and some small parties in and around Breda. After that I only saw him once in a while. Nowadays he's not around anymore. He passed away in 2006 at the age of 31.
