That's the same question I have everytime 
It sounds different from 'normal' Hardtechno I'm used to. Often is Hardtek called Hardtechno here in Germany too. So it can be confusing. Just like english people call their UK Happy Hardcore just Hardcore and our Hardcore is called Gabber over there.
