0:08-0:13 -> sounds pretty similar to Get Loose
0:44 -> the "voice" is a typical NC thing
1:50-1:52 -> that melody is used exactly like this in Get Loose
1:04-1:34 -> the synth reminds me of Showtek's last album.

indeed, all your arguments are also true.
i'm assuming this is the 3rd edit, that Toneshifterz talk in their facebook
and in the intro and outro the main kick seems to be the same of "S Dee & Toneshifterz - Party Down".
btw if it was NC , why didn't they played their own track in their set @ IQON ?!
