Yes! but in theory, the sets under twenty minutes should be removed!

I think your rule will never be real and never get life, or anyway don't get any motivation to make such things

this one also should be immediately removed , anyway if it's contains ableton mixed 17 tracks in 10 min
In fact 15 minutes for real live act is enough... and .. any question to organisators about this set, some LIVE acts should be longes, but due to stupid studio chattering we've get only under 20 minutes sets, in fact, this one should be ~ 30minutes
Anyway you can try to write to bart about this things... but it's will be so f**ng hard to remove all such set's under 20 minutes. rule are cool, but bit weird looks (to me).
