Track at 17:20, is Hardhead - T.U.L.P. (Instant Coffee Mix), which samples R.O.O.S., followed by the hardcore version of DJ Jean - The Launch.
The hardcore version of DJ Jean - The Launch, is called Various DJ's - The Lunch, on a white label. The release info says it's made by DJ Isaac.

01:26:00 'drop the madness on you suckers' could also be Attic & Styllz, as they produced faster tracks also. Could be completely wrong also (lol).
And holy hell: by googling for that sample 'drop the madness on you suckers' i came by a track i couldn't remember the track title for maybe 15 years, because i was always thinking the track title had something to do with the reggae sample 'progressive youth must strike out, kill dem with positive vibes' from Shabba Ranks - Ghetto Youth Bust https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GGmr6RjXmUQ , but it's the other sample 'drop the madness, you never had this wild style with my b-boy badness'.
I until now hought it was a breakcore track because i only remembered the breakbeats at the start of the track, which had me queuing up all tracks on Youtube channel 'Breakcore Bunker'. But no, glad to hear this kicking gabber track again! Doink! Oink!
