More info
I know you guys are not too fond of tribute mixes which I understand. But today we got a proper reason for such a mix. It's dedicated to one of the most talented artist duo in the Hardstyle scene: Catatonic Overload. As of today Marc and Tim have unfortunately split up because of personal differences.
It's a sad day for lovers of the rougher side of Hardstyle. Nontheless I hope that you'll enjoy this compilation of all the released Co2 tracks.
"As of today Marc and Tim have unfortunately split up because of personal difference"
You know I hate it when things like this happens... Bioweapon as well. The thing is, why do these duo break up? 'One thinks their better than the other? Or maybe it goes more personal...?'. I think they need to think of fans and the people who makes them the artist they've become without any personal differences!
BUT on another note, I hope the guys see through their differences and continue to produce as a duo, if not I hope one of them continues with the typical, amazing Co2 style... Goodluck! <3
"We are very sorry to inform you that the formation Catatonic Overload will no longer exist. Due to personal differences Marc and Tim have pulled the plug out of this successfull project. Next Saturday (25 February 2012) will be the last Catatonic Overload performance at Hard Definition, De Loft XL, Hengelo".
"With their first release Heavyweight, Catatonic Overload made an incredible first impression. The Sexual Thrill became a huge raw hardstyle classic and Catatonic Overload became the first Theracords artists to have a #1 chart hit with their first release. In fact, every single release from Catatonic Overload reached the #1 spot in the charts. Bookingwise CO2 have performed at numerous parties like Loudness, XXlerator RAW, Quake Dance, Ground Zero Festival and Indicator to name a few".
"We would like to thank all the fans for their amazing support of Catatonic Overload and we hope to see you next Saturday at Hard Definition where you can catch the final Catatonic Overload performance".
I've never heard any track of theirs besides Sexual Thrill (With vocals like that, who'd forget it?) but I liked most of this mix, and the tracks. Great job, Heny.
