also i have a question,so can i enter with a multiply genre set?

Hardcore/Industrial/Frenchcore/Darkcore/Speedcore/(Early) Terror/Breakcore/Splittercore/UKHC/Schranz

also you forgot to mention Hardtechno don't you? or does it falls into shcranz category? :p

And one question:
I got disqualified the last time due to a rip I played... So which tracks are allowed to be played then?
For sure no rips at all, but only those with a real cat nr? Or can I play some tracks released on a compilation too... They don't got a real cat nr, but they are full and legally downloadable on Itunes for instance.
Don't want to get disqualified again, so I want to be sure on this.

i just think you just should use WEB's if you mix digitally or either by CDJ's (ofc using some CD's you have if you gonna use em for mixing too,or burnt CDr's you made for yourself for mixing etc),and surely no rips at all, since that lows down quality of the mix itself and says much about your position on using those kinda stuff in sets, real deal is not allowing that, quality counts that's why you got disqualified last time i bet ;)

Last time everything buy able was fine, I agree with this, This includes compilations. Youtube rips and such are not allowed.

Well what I used was the 160BPM Tool from wildstylez which was indeed on a "compilation", the qlimax live registration 2010.
But it was a recorded set though, but released officially (But no "WEB" like the warez users use to say). That was the problem.

Now lets say:
Only tracks which are downloadable in 320 kbps or more and which are available in FULL length. D'accord?

I think I remember this conversation :p
Which compilation was this released on? The Qlimax 2010 CD or DVD or something?
Cause if I remember correctly, you called a downloadable liveset a "release" ;)

And I disagree, I still stand by my point, if you can buy it, you can play it. (Free releases too of course :p)

It was on the live registration Qlimax 2010 DVD I think. Even worse. thumbs down for me. Well, to be exact it was a release though, wasn't it?
But on the other hand I have to say you're right for quite 100%, you must not use something like that. Thats why I stopped complaining. :D
"if you can buy it, you can play it. (Free releases too of course )" Fair enough, lets do it that way.

If it's on the cd, I count it as a release, or at least playable :p
Anyway, yeah :) Can't wait for the tournament to start! :yay:

Updated first post with current entries

I have enlarged the third category to 16 entries, but this is not definate.

I am thinking of merging categories 2 and 4 into one category. What are you guys's opinions on that?

Thanks for the responses so far! Keep it up!
