With much sadness, since June 2009, Net-Lab has been placed on permanent hiatus. No further material will be published, but existing releases will continue to be available (see below).
Due to work & life commitments that have become increasingly demanding over the years, it has been impossible to give the label, blog, & especially the artists involved the attention & publicity that they truely deserve.
I would like to pass on my warmest thanks to those artists who contributed some great work over the past 3 & a half years, to those who played & danced at some really beautiful & often messy shows here in Brighton, & also to friends who have helped with organisation, bookings, site maintenance, playing tracks on radio, sharing tunes online, writing messages of support & everything else too. My apologies go out to those who I had hoped to include on the label over the coming months but could never commit the time to. To all of you, I wish you the best of luck for the future.
As a little goodbye gift, I've compiled 'Three Years' - Net-Lab's 42nd and final release - a set of tracks comprised of unreleased material that I had been sent over the past year, but didn't get a chance to put out, coupled with some of my favourites from the discography as a whole. I hope you enjoy the tracks as much as I do.
