General discussion / A judicial question

Hey there
I got a judicial question:
If an Album is released and all Tracks whcih are included are released too, am I allowed to do a set with all these Tracks, doing it exactly the way the Producer of this Album did? Assuming it is an mixed album like HHZ's Studio Sessions...
What I mean is the fact that I would do exactly the same liek the producer did for earning money...
I know, it must be legal, but if it is, there is something wrong to give out the same because theoreticly nobody need the album anymore then....
This question just came into my mind and it would be interesting to know, even its nothing world-changing
Cheers

Yes.

If all tracks are released you're free to use them and there is no such thing as copyright on a certain type of transition.
