i say it's a coincidence. you and SHM are using the same 2 tracks to create a bootleg. but the final result is two different bootlegs.

btw the mash-up of 2 or 3 tracks or adding acapellas is a usuall mixing method used by SHM DJ's (Axwell, Steve Angello & Sebastian Ingrosso) for the last 5 years

Nomad - Devotion, he already used it his remix for Sunfreakz - Counting Down the Days.

Mate, i reckon they probably did hear your track. You put something on soundcloud a lot of people listen download, if its good it gets passed about, if it gets passed about some more it gets heard by more and more ears and i dont see any reason whatsoever why it wouldnt have been your track they didnt hear and decided to rip off.

I think its a VERY big coincidence if it is.

But take from it this, if its coincidince, you have a very godo talent for spotting what sounds good, so much so you get there 3 months before the big names, or, they copied your idea, which means they respect your talent so much they will rip it off.
