Feedback / legal or illegal

hi guys,

love the site and the never ending amount of sets.
i'm just worried about wether it's illegal and to what degree.

hope some of you can give me an idea of what i am dealing with here.

All sets posted here are legal, nothing illegal is allowed here

So only sets who are broadcasted in radio, podcasts & amateur dj sets are allowed, sets recorded witj camera, phone etc are not allowed

well, perhapse holland isn't that serious about this compared to germany.
perhaps, as long as it is distributed in privat, it's fine but as soon as it is public like on this site, donwloading it might not be that legal...

Technically, everything is legal, as nothing is hosted on this site, it's all links.

#1 - The first rule of LSDB is, you do not talk about LSDB.

#2 - The second rule of LSDB is, you DO NOT talk about LSDB.

#3 - If someone says stop, the set is over.

#4 - One set at a time.

#5 - No hands up, no jump.

#6 - sets will go on as long as they have to.

#7 - If this is your first night at LSDB, you have to download a set.

So if a artist, radio or other promoter claim for rights over a liveset we have to delete it.

Years ago there was a problem with BBC Radio 1's claiming their Essential Mixes.

And the latest case i remember was about "I Love Techno" broadcast. Studio Brussel (
http://www.stubru.be/) radio claimed against http://tracklistings.forum.st/ recordings and they had to removed it.
