zijn wel genoeg hardstyle judges lijkt me, wil wel hardcore judging doen, alleen ben ik wel een bevooroordeeld mainstream hatende, industrial/darkstep/breakcore liefhebbende judge, probleem?

Queen of LSDB
* LSDB Hardcore Tournament (Allowed Subgenres: Industrial, Darkstep / Breakcore)
* LSDB Hardstyle Tournament (Allowed Subgenres: Rawstyle, Early and Present)
* LSDB Various Tournament (Genres: Hardtrance, (soft) D&B, Dubstep)
Sign up:
We aim to have the following amount of judges:
5 Hardcore judges, 5 Hardstyle judges and 5 Various judges.
* For Sign Up please specify the GENRE
We aim to have the following amount of DJ’s*:
16 Hardstyle DJ’s, 16 Hardcore DJ’s and 8 for the various genres DJ’s
* DJ’s will be encouraged to use ‘gear’ instead of software, but we will not exclude software-DJ’s.
* For Sign Up please specify the GENRE
* You can only apply for ONE of the above.
Wildcards:
Just like last year we have Wildcards for if one if the DJ’s are “Missing in Action”. Wildcards can only enter into the First Round. You will become a ‘Wildcard’ once the general sign-up is full!
You can only enter as a Wildcard for one of the tournaments (so not for hardcore and hardstyle).
Judging explanation:
The procedure of judging: Two anonymous DJ-sets (a pair) will be compared on five different levels (1 v. 1 situation). The DJ-set which wins on 3 or more levels will win the vote of a judge. Whether one sets wins on a level will be presented by a ‘+’ or a ‘-’. The five different levels on which the DJ-sets will be compared are: Variety of the tracklist, build-up of the tracklist, the mixing, with or without ‘gear’ and the ‘overall preference’. When for example DJ A wins 3 of the 5 levels, he wins the vote of the judge. All DJ pairs will be judged by five judges in total. The DJ who gets the votes of 3 or more judges will win the heat.
Example: The vote of one judge
**A judge can not be a DJ in the same genre-specific tournament.
Various Genre:
This Genre is specificly “Hardtrance, soft D&B or Dubstep” depending on what you want to play. This specific genre will start an round later cause we do not expect a massive sign-up for it.
If this does happen and we get up to 16 sign ups for this genre, then it will start on the same day as the other 2 genres.
If your style fits Various; Hardtrance, Dubstep, D&B or something that doesn't deviate far from it.
Please just say you will join the various tournament and PM me which subgenre.
That way i can promise your anonymity during the tournament. Thanks.
Set Requirements (Depending on round):
Every round will have a specific deadline, which will be presented after the ending of the previous deadline. The submitted sets, including tracklists, have specific time requirements and have a deviation of 3 minutes. If your set does not meet these requirements, your set will NOT be judged. Also your set MUST BE brand-spanking new and not been uploaded anywhere else.
You will upload the set to the email we will give to you in the first round TOPIC.
Round 1: 30 minutes
Round 2: 45 minutes
Round 3: 60 minutes
Final : 75 Minutes
Winners vs. ****: 90 minutes
**** Winners vs. is a ‘mix off’ between the winners, the mix has to start off with the various slowly building up to hardstyle and finish it off with hardcore (this can include the subgenres).
Timeframe Between Rounds:
To indicate how long this tournament might take we introduce a Timeframe this year.
14 days time to upload your set.
14 day time to judge those sets in a 1v1 head-off.
Questions and Sign Ups.
Feel free to comment and question below.
Also DO NOT PM your sign up to me.
You can sign up below and specify for which one you will sign up for.
(first-come, first choice policy)
Also my sincere apologies of last years uncomplete edition.
I did too much myself without to much transparency to the other judges.
That's why it was harder to take over from me.

-We hold the right to change any rules or other things including subgenres that may effect the tournaments before and during the tournaments as we see fit.
Just like last year the "losing" sets will be uploaded first. Also we are open to anyone who can offer us them being broadcasted on air first.
Please note that 'Various' should not be confused to play whatever you want. In the post above you should get the general idea of what we want.
