DJ-ing / Producing / "Commercial Hardstyle"

Why do people keep bitching and whining about "commercial" Hardstyle? I doubt the growth of a certain type of music has to do with the fact that the music is always going to be changing. And wasn't it before it got very commercial that people wanted it to expand? Now they're all complaining how it sucks because it's commercial. Commercialism doesn't affect the sound at all, in my opinion. It's the fact that the original pioneers of Hardstyle are either moving on, or leaving space for new faces in the industry, such as Headhunterz or The Noisecontrollers. It's because new artists want a different sounds why it's different, not because it's "commercial".
Sorry, hearing constant bitching about the subject got me to do this little rant.

Well commercial can help speeding up the process of making it more "Reachable" for a wider crowd... Which can lead to annoying the die hard fans..

Some artists go for the reachability to please as many as people as possible which equals money
Disturbing their die hard fans.. Cause it's not what they usually do.

So u can see it as having lego but all the sudden they make dolls as well

Conclusion.. Changing shapes of lego is good.. as long as it's not in pink or a doll

Music in genre's can change as long as it doesnt stray off TOO much

Hardstyle hasn't changed much to me. It seems more melody focused, or just something really boring, but it still has kick, bass, buildup, 4x4 beat, a break, all that shit.
the only Hardstyle I don't listen to is like Psycho Punkz, Ran-D, all that. It sounds just so boring to me... x.x; My favourite years of Hardstyle are from 2004-2007. My only examples of such though are Qlimax sets

To me, it got into "nustyle" in 2007, then in 2009 it got WAY nustyle, at least this is all in my opinion. Older stuff had different varied beats, had a simple but catchy melody, and had just an overall better feeling to them. New stuff all just sounds like they have the same kicks, you'd expect some cheesy lyrics about "hardstyle is the shit and i'm a hardass" and a teeny tiny melody used with the same samples/instruments (I don't know music producing words and such) for the notes.
