Feedback / Suggestion: Bomb + Set rating

Well now with LSDB getting bigger and bigger and collecting almost sets from every big event, I have some suggestions that it might be a better idea to change the requirements for a set to get a bomb.

-First of all i thought it might be a better idea to calculate the percentage of green votes compared to the amount of total votes. And then if a set has a percentage higher then 90% for example it get's a bomb?
I want to defend this argument by the fact that LSDB is growing and +50 green votes appear more and more times.

-Also for the set to get a bomb it has to be hosted on 3 different sites for example, which increases the availability and the time the set is available. However this problem is already solved for the biggest part, by the fact users can now report dead links.

-And maybe also something about the quality, however this point is rather discussable because the source where the sets come from is just poor...

These are just some suggestions and I just wanted to share it with you guys

Ow yeah, forgot to mention that the set in question has to have an amount of total votes higher then x (dunno what could be a good number here, maybe 175-200)

Legend set with 100 download & rating + 2 green votes ?

Maybe we should employ a panel of judges to rate wether or not a set is a bomb or not. Set needs to have at least 10 bomb requests before it will be listened to.

Or maybe instead of a favouriting system we could change th name to bomb. If it has maybe 20 bomb ratings the BOOOM; it's a bomb!

Or maybe it just shouldn't matter a fuck if a set is a bomb or not because most of the bomb sets that there is are shite, which I suppose is reason for change.

As it stands now, I see a bomb set and I assume that thy it's rubbish.

I think this could be an excellent idea if worked out.

Gotta agree with you this time.
Bomb don't mean anything go 99 percent here so doesn't matter that much.

I'm Glad You's Agree.

Both are very good ideas. Hope an admin could lay a hand on this. There are so much boms in the last time and most of the set doesn't deserve it.

Just remove that whole BOMB system, it's useless.
